摘要： 开展社区教育是建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会的重要途径之一.随着社区教育功能的日益凸显,对社区教育基础能力的要求不断加大.文章以南京市雨花台区铁心桥街道为例,介绍了该街道社区教育的政策和经费保障情况,对社区利用有效资源开展的各类培训活动及成效进行了总结,为社区教育如何高效地开展工作提供了有益的经验.

Abstract: Carrying out community education is one of the important ways to construct the learning society. As the function of commun ity education is becoming more and more prominent,the requirements for the fundamental capability of the community education is higher. Taking the Yuhuatai District of Nanjing city as an example ,this paper introduces the policy and the funds guarantee of the community education in the street ,and summarizes all kinds of training activities and their achievements,aiming to offer some beneficial experience for community education.
