摘要： 社区教育的发展是构建终身教育体系，建设学习型社会的必然要求。发展社区教育就必须对社区内的一切教育资源进行整合，文章讨论了以开放大学为依托，采取一切切实可行的措施，让社区内一切可以利用的教育资源充分发挥其作用，形成合力，推动社区教育的大力发展。

Abstract: Development of community education is the requirement of constructing lifelong education system and learning society. The development of community education must integrate all the educational resources in the community. This paper discusess the need to rely on open universities and take all feasible measures to promote the development of the community education vigorously.
