摘要： 文章对女性富余劳动力就业意愿进行调查,并针对需求,扎实开展以家政服务为内容的社区教育培训,努力提高其就业技能,取得了一定成果.

Abstract: After investigation of employment intentions of female surplus labor force ,the paper analyzes the community education of housekeeping service ,in order to offer some suggestions for residents to improve their employment skills.
