大创项目实施对教育型大学学生的影响——以江苏第二师范学院城环学院为例

摘要：

大创项目是当代培养大学生的学习能力、科研能力、团队协作等能力的新形式。文章以江苏第二师范学院为代表的典型性教育型学校为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和资料收集法,分析大创项目实施过程中教师对学生学习能力、团队合作和组织协调能力、信息搜索能力、科研能力等综合能力的影响。调查结果显示大创项目获批数量逐年增加,且大部分项目都能顺利结题;指导教师在项目申请和实施过程中的作用表现出一定的差异性;学生参与大创项目既提高了学习能力,也提高了科研能力、信息搜索能力等综合能力。

Abstract:

Student’s platform for innovation and entrepreneurship training program is a new form of developing students’ learning ability, scientific research and team cooperation. By choosing Jiangsu Second Normal University as the typical educational schools, through the questionnaires and data collection methods, this paper analyzes the impact of teachers on students, students’ learning ability, team cooperation and organizational coordination ability, information search ability, scientific research ability and other comprehensive abilities in the implementation process of undergraduate Training Programs. The survey results show that the number of projects approved is increasing year by year and that most of the projects can be completed smoothly. The role of mentors in the project application and implementation shows some differences. Students’ participation in the Undergraduate Training Programs not only improves the learning ability, but also the comprehensive abilities of scientific research and information search.
