摘要： 家庭农场是新型农业体系中的重要组成部分,这种新事物的出现,对经营者提出了更高的要求,要求他们具备经营现代农业的基本技能.文章以南京市浦口区星甸街道为例,介绍了社区教育助推家庭农场发展的重要举措及取得的成效,对街道技术培训的需求及前景进行了分析,为社区教育的开展提供了有益的经验.

Abstract: Family farms are important components of the new agricultural system ,the emergence of this new thing set higher requirements for farm operators. They need to master the basic skills of management of modern agriculture. This paper taking the Pukou district of Nanjing as an example ,introduces the important measures to boost the development of family farms via community education. And the paper also tries to provide some reference for community education based on the analysis of demands and prospects of street technical training.
