摘要：

立足于不动产统一登记要求,思考不动产统一登记模式下如何管理房屋表。文章以南京市为例,详细阐述了房屋表的建设思路以及房屋表更新维护模式,提出房屋表的全生命周期管理策略,以实现日常调查、登记和数据整合成果与房屋表动态融合,提升不动产统一登记模式下的调查、登记效率。

Abstract:

Based on the requirements of unified real estate registration, this paper considers how to manage the housing list in the mode of unified real estate registration. Taking Nanjing as an example, this paper elaborates on the constructive idea of housing list and the update and maintenance mode of housing list, and proposes the whole-life cycle management strategy of housing list, in order to realize the dynamic integration of daily investigation, registration and data integration results with housing list, and improve the investigation and registration efficiency under the unified real estate registration mode.
