摘要： 如何搞好社区教育，保证社区教育工作正常、有序、持续、健康乃至高效运转是我们社区教育工作者必须思考的问题。文章联系雄州街道社区教育工作实际，分析了近年来雄州街道社区教育的现状和建立社区教育联络员制度实践的基础，同时文章还对如何创新理念和机制，建立社区教育联络员“1+21”模式进行大胆尝试的情况以及建立社区教育联络员制度实践的价值与意义作了阐释，进而引发我们对如何进一步开展社区教育工作的思考。

Abstract: In this paper, contact the male state street community education work practice, analyzes the present situation of foundation in recent years Xiong Zhou Street Community Education and the establishment of community education li?aison system practice, at the same time this paper also on how to innovate the concept and mechanism,and then set us thinking about how to develop community education work.
