Abstract: Only if scientific and technological achievements change into real productivity, can promoting the development of local economy and improving the agricultural science and technology contribution rate come true. The key to the education of rural grassroots community center is to promote and transform agricultural science and technology. The low conversion efficiency is because of farmers’ understanding of science and technology is not enough, innovation consciousness is not strong. The article discusses the effective ways to leading the transformation content, expanding the number of transformation, enhancing the transformation effect and improving the quality of transformation, which is based on the practice integrating agricultural science education with the transformation of science and technology in demonstration base of enriching people.
