摘要： 开发显性教育资源,有利于夯实社区教育阵地;挖掘隐性资源,可以提高社区教育资源的有效利用率;与整合优化无形资源,是提高社区教育水平、彰显社区教育成果的重要手段,文章对社区教育资源的开发有效利用进行了分析.

Abstract: Developing explicit educational resources helps to reinforce the base of community education;excavating the hidden resources helps to improve the effective utilization of community education resources. Integrating and optimizing the intangible resources can raise the level of community education and highlight the outcomes of the community education. This paper analyzes the exploration and effective utilization of community educational resources.
