摘要： 文章结合新秦淮社区教育工作的实际，就社区教育工作如何开创新局面，进行了探索。以创建全国社区教育示范区为契机，从建设奋发向上的新常态入手，进而通过建立健全各项管理制度，建设规范有序的新常态，来规范各项工作的行为。采用接“地气”的工作方式，营造务实工作的新常态。以建设浓郁研究氛围的新常态为提升工作的突破口，通过品牌建设、项目推进等方式推升社区教育工作，取得了较为理想的效果。

Abstract: This paper researches on how to create a new situation of community education combined with the actuality the new Qinhuai district. The article suggests that we create the national community education demonstration zone first?ly, and then establish the management system in order to construct canonical new normal. In this way, the community education of the new Qinhuai district has achieved ideal effect by brand building and project forward.
