摘要： 新街口街道社教办始终坚持以人为本,以社区学校为龙头,以各类学习型组织的创建为抓手,以全面提高社区各类人员综合素质为目标,形成了具有新街口街道特色的"坚持三个围绕,利用三类资源,实施三化机制"的"三三三"发展模式,有力地提升了地区率先发展、全面发展的水平.

Abstract: Xinjiekou Street Community Education Office always adhere to people-oriented principle and set the community school as an example,aiming to improving comprehensive quality of all personnel in the community through constructing all kinds of learning organizations. The paper analyzes the "333"mode of community education development which carries Xinjiekou Street characteristics ,in order to take the advantages of resources and mechanisms to make contributions to the regional comprehensive development level.
