摘要:

在全面质量控制的指导思想下,文章通过对开放在线课程内涵的理解和定义,分析国内外网络课程质量评价的标准,结合文献分析法,筛选课程质量评价指标,通过信度、效度检验和专家咨询的校验,在能力成熟度模型的框架内构建开放在线课程质量评价指标体系(管理级),明确开放在线课程质量控制发展道路以及不同等级成熟度的关键特征和要素,从而为开放远程教育质量控制指明方向。

Abstract:

Under the guiding ideology of comprehensive quality control, through understanding and defining the connotation of open online courses, this paper analyses the evaluation criteria of online courses quality at home and abroad, combines literature analysis, screens evaluation indicators of course quality, and constructs openness within the framework of competency maturity model through reliability and validatiion testing and expert consultation verification. The evaluation index system(management level)of online course quality defines the development path of open online course quality control and the key characteristics and elements of different levels of maturity, so as to point out the direction of quality control in open distance education.
