摘要：

文章主要介绍施工现场工程签证发生的原因、工程签证存在的问题以及如何对工程现场签证进行管理。工程签证的办理过程也是甲乙双方博弈的过程,因为工程签证可以给承包单位带来较丰厚的利润。因此,控制好工程签证,对整个项目工程造价的控制十分重要,工程签证办理既要确保承包单位应得的利益,同时也不能损害建设单位的利益。

Abstract:

This paper mainly introduces the causes of the construction site project visa,the problems of the project visa and how to manage the project site visa. The process of processing the project visa is also a process of games between the both parties, because the project visa can bring considerable profits to the contractor. Therefore, it is very important to control the construction cost of the whole project to control the project visa well. The application of the project visa should not only ensure the interests of the contracting unit, but also not harm the interests of the construction unit.
