摘要：

发展高新技术企业是一个地区科技水平和经济实力的重要体现。盐城市目前高新技术企业数量较少,水平不高,与产业强市要求存在着较大差距。文章遵循理论与实践相结合、宏观经济与微观经济相结合的原则,对盐城市高新技术企业的发展作了大量的资料收集,分析了盐城市高新技术企业发展存在的问题,提出了对加快培育和发展高新技术企业可行的对策措施。

关键词: 高新技术企业, 创新能力, 内生动力

Abstract:

The development of high-tech enterprises is an important embodiment of the regional scientific and technological level and economic strength. At present, the number of high enterprises in Yancheng is small and the level is not high. Compared with the stronger cities, there is a big difference. Following the principle of combining theory with practice, macroeconomics with microeconomics, this paper collects a lot of data about the development of local high-tech enterprises in Yancheng city, analyzes the problems existing in the development of high-tech enterprises in yancheng city, and puts forward the feasible countermeasures to accelerate the cultivation and development of high-tech enterprises.
