摘要：

文章通过构建贫困人口内生动力不足的概念体系,包括个人内生动力不足、家庭内生动力不足、组织内生动力不足,找出造成贫困人口内生动力不足的原因,构建了精准脱贫的长效机制,根据内生式发展理论建立个人自我强化机制、根据家庭功能理论建立家庭核心力量引领机制、根据巢状市场理论建立精准脱贫新市场机制。

关键词: 精准脱贫, 贫困人口, 内生动力, 长效机制

Abstract:

In this paper, by constructing the concept of poverty population is insufficient internal impetus driving system, including personal family endogenous under powered, insufficient internal impetus driving, insufficient internal impetus driving, find out the cause of insufficient internal impetus driving poverty population, build the accurate long-term mechanism to reduce poverty, according to the theory of endogenous development establish individual self-reinforcing mechanism, according to the theory of family functioning family core leading mechanism, according to the theory of nests market to establish new market mechanism precision out of poverty.
