PBL在胸外科留学生临床见习教学中的探索

摘要: 随着我国在医疗、文化、教育领域国际合作力度提高,及医学教学交流的不断深入开展,为响应国家教育部“扩大规模、提高层次、规范管理、保证质量”的留学生发展规划要求,近年来新疆医科大学招收了来自中北亚国家临床医学专业留学生。这对学校理论教学、课程设置、实践教学及师资管理提出了新的要求,特别是在临床见习过程中,因语言及文化差异,留学生无法直接在病房参与患者查房及临床见习,传统授课式教学方法(Lecture-based learning,LBL)教学质量无法保障,从而需要探索更加有效的教学方式来丰富医学生临床见习内涵、提高效果。新疆医科大学第一附属医院胸外科在留学生临床见习教学中采用以问题为基础的教学方法(Problem-based learning,PBL),取得了满意的教学效果。文章就以问题为基础的教学方法在胸外科留学生临床见习中的应用进行探讨。

Abstract: With China’s efforts in international cooperation in the field of health care, culture, education, and the deepening of medical teaching communication. In response to “expand the scale, improve the level of national ministry of education, standardized management, quality assurance” development planning requirements of international students, in recent years, Xinjiang Medical University enrolled students of clinical medicine specialty in north Asia countries. The theoretical teaching of our school, curriculum, teaching practice and teaching management puts forward new requirements. Especially in the process of clinical practice, because of differences in language and culture, students can’t direct participation in the ward rounds and clinical practice, teaching with traditional teaching method (section-based learning, LBL) cannot guarantee of teaching quality, which need to explore a more effective way of teaching to enriching the connotation of the medical students' clinical practice and improve the effect. Department of thoracic surgery in clinical probation teaching foreign students on the basis of Problem teaching method (Problem-based learning, PBL), satisfactory teaching results have been achieved. In this paper, based on the problems of the teaching method in the thoracic surgery clinical trainee students do in order to investigate the application.
