模块化实习训练在留学生骨科实习带教中的应用与思考

摘要： 留学生教育是推广我国临床医学教育的一扇窗口，然而由于招生生源、英语化师资培养及文化习俗等多方面原因，留学生实习仍未达到教育培训要求。文章在结合我国国情的同时，应用模块化实习训练计划使留学生在骨科的实习中有所学，有所收获，提高了实习教学水平。

Abstract: Foreign students’ education is an important window for exposing of medical education. However, foreign students internship isn’t as good as required because of enrollment quality, teachers’ English level, culture and conventions. This paper combines the conditions with situations in China, applies the modular internship to improve the quality of foreign students’ education to ensure that foreign students can learn more from this method, enhance the level of practice teaching.
