摘要: 文章根据解决耳鼻喉咽喉科学教学的实际情况,提出在教学中应用病例导入式教学法结合PBL教学法的教学模式。文章将2012级就读于新疆医科大学的临床本科班学生,随机分为2组:传统教学模式授课组和病例导入式教学法结合PBL教学法的教学模式授课组,分析其教学效果的差异性。结果显示,病例导入式教学法结合PBL教学法教学模式组的学生成绩和教学满意度均普遍高于传统教学模式组学生,P<0.05。病例导入式教学法结合PBL教学法的教学模式在耳鼻喉科的教学中效果显著,值得推广。

Abstract: In order to solve the ENT science teaching situation, the paper puts forward cases import type teaching mode combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching process. Clinical undergraduates at Xinjiang Medical University are randomly divided into two groups:the traditional teaching mode teaching groups and cases import type teaching method in conjunction with the teaching mode of PBL teaching method teaching groups, we tries to analyze the differences of the teaching effect. According to the results of the import type teaching combined with PBL teaching method, students’ achievement and teaching satisfaction in model group were generally higher than that of the traditional teaching mode group of students, P<0.05. Cases of import type teaching method in conjunction with the teaching mode of PBL teaching method in otolaryngology teaching effect is remarkable, so it is worth promoting.
