摘要： 针对刮板输送机中部槽中板磨损情况，文章通过分析磨损工况、材料、磨损机理等，介绍了如何采用堆焊复合耐磨钢板有效延长中部槽过煤量。

Abstract: In consider of deck plate of armoured face conveyor in quick worn-out,the paper will recommend clad plate as deck plate improving its using life highly according to original working condition,material,wear principle and etc.
