摘要：

随着整个社会对科学技术水平重视的不断加深,科技情报人员的市场需求量也随之变大。因此,培养大批高素质新型科技情报人才是当今情报研究工作的一个重要环节。文章从科技情报人员的能力培养着手,着重对培养方法进行了探讨和论述。

Abstract:

As the whole society pays more and more attention to the level of science and technology, the market demand of scientific and technological intelligence personnel grows accordingly. Therefore, cultivating a large number of high-quality new scientific and technological intelligence talents is an important link in today’s intelligence research. This paper starts with the cultivation of the ability of scientific and technological intelligence personnel, and mainly discusses the cultivation methods.
