案例式立体教学法在耳鼻咽喉科学留学生临床见习中的应用

摘要: 为探讨案例式立体教学法(CTTM)在耳鼻咽喉科留学生临床见习中的应用效果,文章比较以问题为中心教学法(PBL)和案例式立体教学法CTTM在留学生临床见习的异同,临床教学结束后考试和问卷调查。结果显示,总分及病例分析成绩,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,在理论知识掌握、疾病教学系统性、临床思维条理性、扩展教学的内容、激发学习兴趣、教学方法的满意程度、自学能力的培养7个方面,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。文章最后得出结论,CTTM适应耳鼻喉科留学生临床见习教学的特点,注重提高学生学习兴趣,增强临床思维能力,是一种较好的见习教学模式。

Abstract: To explore the case type stereoscopic teaching method (CTTM) in otolaryngology clinical practice, the article is centered on the problem teaching method (PBL) and case type stereoscopic teaching CTTM in students' similarities and differences in clinical practice. Clinical teaching after the examination and questionnaire survey. Results show that the total score and case analysis result, differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Questionnaire survey, the theory of knowledge, teaching systemic diseases, clinical thinking structure, expand the teaching content, stimulate interest in learning, the teaching method of satisfaction, self-study ability from seven aspects, such as the cultivation of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Finally we come to the conclusion that CTTM adapt to the characteristics of otolaryngology clinical probation teaching foreign students, pay attention to improve students' interest in learning, enhance the clinical thinking ability, so it is a better practice teaching mode.
