引导社会民间组织打造社区教育特色项目的实践与思考

摘要： 社会民间组织既是社区中重要的群众组织,也是社区教育中的一支重要力量.社会民间组织具有的社会性、群众性、民间性和地域性特性既决定了它们活动的特色性,又决定了它们在社区教育特色项目中的重要作用,它们可以在社区教育特色项目培育上发挥积极作用,但其自身的松散性又限制了它们作用发挥.政府部门要加强对社会民间组织的引导和培育,强化监督管理,搭建平台,提供服务指导,逐步规范社会民间组织行为,将民间组织的管理纳入到社区教育管理中;加大政府购买服务力度,解决制约社会民间组织健康发展的瓶颈问题,构建引导民间组织打造社区教育特色项目新机制.文章研究了如何引导社会民间组织打造社区教育特色项目.

Abstract: Social organizations are important force in community education because of their special characteristics, and they play an important role in nurturing and building characteristic projects of community education. On the other hand,the looseness in administration of social organizations limits their function; therefore,the guidance and nurture to social organizations should be strengthened by government. A new mechanism can be created by guiding social organizations to build characteristic projects of community education. This paper studies how to guide social and non-governmental organizations to create community education programs.
