摘要： 科技成果转化服务平台建设的主要目的是促进企业技术创新，加快企业之间、企业与大学和科研院所之间的知识流动和科技成果转化，支持企业大力开发具有自主知识产权的关键技术，形成自有核心技术及专有技术，加快科技成果产业化步伐。通过综合科技信息资源、发掘企业技术需求、完善技术经纪和商务服务，实现跨机构、跨区域的技术转移接力合作，为加快科技成果转化和产业化、提高企业技术创新和区域产业竞争力提供服务保障。因此，文章所研究与设计的科技成果转化服务平台具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

Abstract: A major objective of science and technology achievement transformation service platform construction is to facilitate technical innovation of business, promote the flow of knowledge and technology transfer between enterprises,enterprise and university and research institute, support enterprises to vigorously develop key technology with independent intellectual property rights, form core technology and proprietary technology ,speed up scientific and technological achievements industrialization. Through integrating science and technology information resources, digging enterprises, technical requirements,perfecting technical broker and business services, realizing technology transfer relay cooperation across agencies, cross-regional, to speed up the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, to provide services to improve enterprise technology innovation capability and core competitiveness of regional industries. Therefore ,the technical trading information service platform which the paper studies and designs has important theoretical significance and application value.
