社区教育在建设文明城市中的功能研究--以江苏省南京市秦淮区为例

摘要： 社区教育在建设文明城市中发挥着独特而强大的功能。文章以江苏南京秦淮区为例，从提升社区环境教育、加大社区居民技能培训力度、建设青少年校外教育网络、利用老年人文化教育工程、挖掘秦淮人文资源等方面论述了社区教育能提升各类人群的文明素质，为城市文明建设作出自己应有的贡献。

Abstract: Community education plays a unique and powerful role in the construction of a civilized city. Based on Qinhuai District of Nanjing in Jiangsu Province as an example,the article described how community education promotes all kinds of people’s quality of civilization and their sense of contribution to the construction of urbanized civilization from the aspects of promoting community environmental education,strengthening the training of community residents’skills,constructing the educational network for the youth outside the school,making use of thecultural education project for the old people,and mining the human resources of Qinhuai District,ect.
