摘要： 我国汽车产业已进入升级转型的新阶段，汽车产品的绿色化、新能源汽车的崛起和车联网的应用是升级转型的重要标志。汽车产业的升级转型需要汽车技能新人才。文章从人才技能结构、组成内容的视角，确立了当前汽车职业教育培养汽车复合型技能新人才的培养目标，探讨了为实现这一目标所进行的构筑课程新体系、创建新课程、配置技能实操新设备的具体内容。

Abstract: Chinese auto industry has entered an upgrading and transformation stage. The ‘green car’ concept, the new energy car business booming and car networking applications are important symbols of upgrading and transformation of auto industry. The upgrading of the automotive industry needs new talents and professionals. This paper defines the new skills training targets of automobile talents under the current automobile vocational education industry from the talents’ skills structures and contents perspective. The paper also discusses the details of building new course system, creating the new curriculum and allocating the specific contents of the new equipments.
