摘要:

新形势下,有效利用多方资源,建设产学研协同育人互动平台是独立学院实现新发展的必然选择。文章就独立学院现有人才培养模式的不足之处进行了分析,对产学研协同人才培养模式的构建进行了积极探索,提出独立学院可通过规划独立的产学研项目运营中心、合理设计实践教学环节、培养双师型教师队伍、建设校内外实践实训基地、注重信息化教研教改等举措推动与企业及科研院所的深度合作,合力培养高素质应用型人才。

Abstract:

Under the new situations, utilizing the multiple resources and building an interactive platform of I-U-R collaborative training is an inevitable choice for the independent colleges to achieve new development. This paper analyses the present defects of independent colleges’ talent cultivation modes and carries out active exploration of the construction of I-U-R collaborative talent cultivation modes. And it puts forward that independent colleges can promote deep cooperation with the enterprises and research institutes through the measures such as planning the separate operation center of I-U-R collaborative projects, rationally designing practical teaching steps, fostering teachers’ team qualified double teachers’ type, building the practical training bases inside and outside the campus and emphasizing information-based teaching research and reform, in order to make joint efforts to train high-quality applied talents.
