摘要：

文章运用SWOT分析方法,对苏州市新能源汽车产业发展现状进行研究,找出产业中存在的优势和劣势,分析外部环境中存在的机遇与挑战,紧跟全球发展趋势和国内产业政策,针对性地提出苏州市新能源汽车产业下一步发展方向和布局,以及对策建议,以推动产业整体实现蓬勃发展。

关键词: 新能源汽车, SWOT分析, 发展方向, 对策建议

Abstract:

This paper researches the current development of Suzhou new energy vehicles industry with the SWOT analytical method. The focus of the research is finding out the advantages and disadvantages of this industry and analyzing the opportunities and challenges in the external environment. Then this paper proposes the key directions and layout of industrial development referring to the global development trend and domestic industrial policies. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures in order to promote the industry to achieve vigorous development.
