摘要： 在当前全国技工院校新的发展过程中，不少学校遇到软件跟不上硬件的发展，管理人手不足的难题。文章指出：在实现数字化校园管理的同时，多让学生参与校园日常事务管理活动，这既是一种学习，也是一个缓解难题的办法，更是为学生搭建了一个培养和实践职业能力的平台。

Abstract: In the current national technical college the new development process, the development of many schools meet the software can not keep up the hardware, management problem of the shortage of. The author's practical experience that: in the implementation of digital campus management at the same time, to allow more students to participate in the campus daily affairs, it is not only a kind of learning, but also a way to alleviate the problem, is to build an occupation ability training and practice platform for students.
