现代区级社区大学引进高层次资源合作办学的探索

摘要： 老年教育是社区教育的重要组成部分，也是老年人发挥余热、提升自身生活质量的源泉。从各地老年教育的实际情况来看，一般区级（含县级）老年大学都办得“不怎样”，究其原因较为复杂。为此，文章从先期的调研入手，进而以南京秦淮社区大学为例，就其与江苏夕阳红老年大学合作办学的实践进行剖析，总结并实践破解方略，进而引发对办好区级老年大学的思考，旨在为城区兴办老年大学探索一条新路。

Abstract: The education for the aged is an important part of community education. It’s also the source of elderly peo?ple to improve their quality of life. Actually and generally, district universities of the elderly are not so well. This paper analyzes the cooperation with Jiangsu red sunset elderly university and summarizes the strategy in order to explore a new way of setting up elderly university .
