摘要: 为了适应我国对外贸易迅速发展的需要,各高校普遍加强了国际经济与贸易专业学生能力的培养,并取得了很大进步.尽管如此,在学生的实际动手操作能力培养等方面仍然存在许多问题亟待解决.作为美国公司招聘员工时考察应聘人员能力的一种模式,KSA以知识、技能和能力作为三个重要指标,提出学生应当在牢固掌握基础理论知识的基础上,同时要注重职业技能和一般能力的培养,这一观点为国际经济与贸易专业学生能力的培养提供了参考.文章指出借鉴KSA模式完善国际经济与贸易专业教学体系,构建更有效的实践模式,将有利于高等院校为社会提供符合企业需要的人才.

Abstract: To meet the needs of the rapid development of China's foreign trade,many universities have generally strengthened the student capacity-building of the international economics and trade specialty and have made a great progress. However,there are still many problems to be resolved on the hands-on capacity-building of students. As a model for U.S. companies to examine candidates' capacities,KSA model attaches equal importance to knowledge, skills and abilities, and requires students to master the basic theory and focus on vocational skills and general abilities,which provides a reference for the students' professional capacity-building of the international economics and trade specialty. The article points out the universities can use the KSA model for reference to perfect the teaching system of the international economics and trade specialty and provide the qualified people to meet the needs of companies.
