摘要： 经济新常态下，高职毕业生就业质量对于促进区域经济转型升级和创新驱动发展至关重要。文章在对江苏经济发展中人才需求情况及高职毕业生就业现状进行概述的基础上，对就业质量的内涵和评价进行理论分析，对江苏高职毕业生质量评价指标体系进行构建，从就业水平、职业胜任、职业发展、创新创业、满意度五个方面对江苏高职毕业生就业质量进行评价。

Abstract: Vocational graduates’ employment quality is very important for the regional economic transformation, upgrading and innovation development under new economic normal. This paper first overviews Jiangsu economic development’s needs of talent and the current situation of higher vocational graduates, then analyzes the connotation of the quality of employment and the content of the evaluation system, finally constructs Jiangsu vocational graduates quality evaluation index system and evaluates the higher vocational graduates employment quality from the level of employment, professional competence, career development, innovation and entrepreneurship, satisfaction.
