耳鼻咽喉科学教学中示教方式的效果对比研究

Comparative Research on Teaching Effect of Different Teaching Modes in Otolaryngology Science

摘要: 为探讨不同的耳鼻咽喉科学示教课方法在学生中的效果区别,为广大授课教师提供参考方案数据支持,文章将新疆医科大学临床医学本科班耳鼻咽喉科检查法示教课的120名学生随机分成A,B两组,A组学生使用传统方法,B组学生使用新方法,3次检查法示教课结束后,由6名专科教师分别进行抽考,分析比较2组授课效果。结果:新式示教方法的B组学生对鼻镜、耳镜、咽喉镜的操作技能考核成绩优于A组学生,且操作手势及熟练程度也较A组优秀。B组学生对示教方式的满意度调查优于A组。

Abstract: By exploring the teaching effect of two different teaching modes in Otolaryngology Science, aiming to provide reference for teachers in their teaching plan, we randomly divide 120 students majoring in otolaryngology department of Xinjiang Medical University into A, B two groups. A group of students are taught by traditional methods, while B group of students are taught through the new method;after three times test in teaching, six specialist teachers randomly test them respectively and compare two groups’teaching effect. Results show that B group students’performance is better than A group in operating the nasal mirror, otoscope, laryngeal mirror, and the former are more proficient in operating hand gestures. B group of students are more satisfied in teaching modes than that of group A.
