摘要: 经济新常态下,中高职间的顺畅衔接对于满足区域经济发展所需的技术技能型人才具有重要意义.文章在对江苏中高职衔接的基本情况进行介绍的基础上,对绩效评价的内涵和方法进行了概述,认为江苏中高职衔接的绩效评价可借鉴平衡计分卡和标杆测评的思想与方法,从中高职衔接的环境、投入、运行和产出四个方面构建江苏中高职衔接的绩效评价体系.

Abstract: It is very important for the smooth cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education to meet the required technical skills of regional economic development under the new normal. This paper first introduces the basic situation of the cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education ,then summarizes the conations and methods of performance evaluation. On the basis of it ,this paper the cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education performance evaluation system can learn from Balanced Scorecard and Benchmarking ,construct the performance evaluation system from the four aspects of the environment,input,operation and output.
