Abstract: China is in a period of rapid development of information technology ,with the continuous expansion of the informatization project construction scale and its scope of application ,how to make use of the information project post -evaluation to guarantee,a healthy development of informatization,has gradually become the focus that everybody pays close attention to. And information itself also experiencing by project supporting role to the project leading role transformation,this paper discussion on the characteristics of information project,put forward to the importance and implementation method,steps of post-evaluation,hoping for reference,arouse attention to the informatization post-evaluation.
