大连市港航发展的金融支持现状及对策

The Status and Countermeasures of Financial Support for Dalian Port and Shipping Development

摘要： 世界经验表明，国际航运中心是航运、金融同步发展，相辅相成，互为支撑，大连建设国际航运中心、物流中心，同样需要体系发达、功能完备的金融中心的支持，三个中心建设需要同步推进。大连有较好的金融基础，在新一轮港航建设中，航运金融创新发展将起到积极作用。文章重点分析了大连港航金融发展现状及存在问题，并提出了相应的解决对策。

Abstract: World experience shows that international shipping center is shipping,financial synchronization development complement each other,mutual support,construction of Dalian international shipping center,logistics center,also need to support system developed and fully functional financial center ,three center construction need to proceed. Dalian has good financial basis,in the new round of port and shipping construction,the development of the shipping financial innovation will play a positive role.This paper focuses on the development status and problems of Dalian Port and Shipping finance,and the corresponding countermeasures.
