6-BA的生物性检验与GC-MS检验比对研究

摘要: 为将6-BA的生物性检验方法与GC-MS检验方法进行比对分析,文章用豆芽机培养绿豆芽,测定其根长、茎长、茎的直径、根茎比值、计算单根鲜重,并对相应数据进行统计分析;利用GC-MS检测豆芽中的6-BA。结果显示,不同浓度的6-BA对豆芽生长的影响与不添加6-BA的豆芽存在显著性差异,但采用浓度低于1ppm时,利用GC-MS不能检测出6-BA。说明6-BA的生物性检验比GC-MS检验更灵敏。

Abstract: In order to compare 6-BA biological inspection method and GC-MS analysis method, the author cultivates mungbean sprouts by bean sprouts machine and tests their root length, stem length, stem diameter, root ratio, and calculate single fresh weight and does the corresponding data statistical analysis;.When GC-MS is used to test 6-BA in bean sprouts, the results show that the different concentration of 6-BA's influence on the bean sprouts growing, but the concentration is less than 1PPM, using GC-MS cannot detect 6-BA.The conclusion is that 6-BA biological inspection is more sensitive than GC-MS.
