摘要： “虚拟养老院”是由居家乐养老服务中心在全国率先探索的居家养老服务新模式。运用云计算技术、呼叫中心技术、定位系统以及web服务技术等组建的虚拟养老院平台，包括呼叫中心客户端、老人居家客户端、平台服务组件平台、通信及信息传输等。文章研究的虚拟养老院服务管理系统通过语音程控交换系统、数字化信息传输系统和数据库终端处理系统对居家养老服务对象实行会员制老人准入管理，并进行一系列的服务活动。虚拟养老院的发展目标是降低政府养老成本、减轻子女养老负担、提高老人生活质量、启动养老产业发展。

Abstract: Virtual nursing home, we have defined it as virtual elderly care service, which takes the lead in exploring a new mode of the home elderly care by Jujiale pension service center. Using cloud computing technology, the call center technology, positioning system and web service technology to form a platform for the virtual elderly care service, includes call centre client, home client, service platform and communication & information, it provides VIP services for elder people in their home with the technology such as voice, digital information and database. The goal of virtual elderly care service is to reduce government pension costs and the pension burden, improve the quality of life for the elderly, and make contributions to the development of pension industry.
