摘要： 公共图书馆和文化志愿者结合共同促进了公共文化服务事业的发展.南京图书馆在文化志愿者工作方面一直不遗余力,通过不断地探索逐渐形成了较为完善的、适合本馆发展特点的文化志愿者服务管理体系.该体系虽然还存在着许多问题,但图书馆会不断制定相应对策,保障文化志愿者服务工作持续稳定的发展.文章以南京图书馆为例,具体探讨了公共图书馆文化志愿者服务.

Abstract: The combination of public library and cultural volunteers promotes the development of public cultural services. Nanjing library has been always trying its best to work in the area of the cultural volunteer and has formed a relatively perfect culture volunteer service system that fits the development of the library through continuous exploration. Although the service still exists many problems, the library will continue to make proper plans to ensure the stable development of the volunteer culture.The paper takes Nanjing library as an example ,explores public library cultural volunteer service.
