摘要: 复合材料在民机机翼整体油箱上的应用带来新的适航验证挑战。现有的运输类飞机适航规章没有规定复合材料整体油箱的适航验证方法。文章通过研究国外已取证飞机的专用条件,梳理出复合材料整体油箱在抗外部火灾方面应该采用的适航验证思路,为我国复合材料机翼整体油箱的适航验证提供了有益的参考。

Abstract: New challenges have risen in airworthiness certification with aircraft composite wing fuel tanks manufactured. Existing airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes are not applicable to composite fuel tank. Therefore, this paper presents some considerations in composite fuel tank fire protection compliance by researching the special conditions of a certificated foreign aircraft. It provides a good example for composite fuel tank compliance in our country.
