摘要: 变厚度碳纤维复合材料在民机主承力结构上已得到应用,冲击后压缩强度(CAI)是复合材料结构设计时的一个重要参数。文章通过试验研究了过渡段厚度差、过渡段斜率、薄区厚度等影响因素对变厚度复合材料冲击后压缩强度的影响。结果表明:铺层递减厚度对冲击后压缩强度影响不明显;减小铺层递减区斜率可以有效提高冲击后压缩强度;加厚薄区有利于提高冲击后压缩强度和设计许用值。

Abstract: The carbon fiber composite laminates with variable thickness have been applied in main load-carrying structures of civil aircrafts. Compression strength after impact(CAI)is an important parameter in composites designing. Some factors influencing CAI performances on laminate transition zone have been studied by experiments, such as the thickness step, the slope and the thin zone thickness. The results present as follows:the transition thickness step has weak effects on CAI. Reducing slope of transition zone can improve CAI obviously. At last, thickening thin zone benefits CAI and the design allowable values.
