摘要: 密封设计是民机整体油箱设计中的一项重要内容,它不仅影响到飞机的运营效率,还影响到飞机的飞行安全。文章介绍了民机整体油箱设计中密封剂选择时要考虑的因素,常用的密封方法以及这些方法的应用部位和注意事项,最后介绍了整体油箱密封涉及的适航条款,该条款的解读和应该采用的适航验证方法。文章提供的密封技术和适航验证方法已应用于某型号的设计、试验和取证过程中。

Abstract: The seal is one of the most important technologies in the design of civil aircraft wing fuel tank. It affects both operational efficiency of air lines and the safety of flights. This paper presents the factors considered in choosing sealant and general seal technology are presented. The associated airworthiness regulations and their comprehension along with the compliance methods are shown. The methodology presented in this paper has been applied in a civil aircraft design, test and certification.
