摘要: 复合材料夹层结构重量轻,比刚度高,大量用于抗弯刚度要求较高的次承力结构。由于该结构承受集中载荷能力较弱,如需设置连接则需要对连接区局部加强。文章结合有限元计算结果及加载试验数据,对连接区灌封加强方式的强度及破坏模式进行研究分析。

Abstract: Composite sandwich structure is widely used in the secondary structures where high bending stiffness is required because of its low weight and high stiffness ratio properties. Due to its weakness on bearing concentrated load, joint area should be reinforced while sandwich structure is connected to other structures. Based on FEM and experiment data, the strength and damage module of potting compound reinforced joint are analyzed in this paper.
