摘要： 文章以某金融银行数据中心建设及网络整合项目为实例,探讨了作为开发方公司在信息系统项目及质量管理方面碰到的问题及解决方法.文章首先解释了质量管理的基本概念,认为质量管理把控不好是导致项目难以成功的主要原因,提出以采用过程控制、因素控制的方法,以质量形成的过程为主线的思想来指导项目的质量管理.项目在制订质量计划阶段应确定质量标准和目标、质量责任制、质量过程控制、质量管理制度以及质量检查程序,对于质量保证和质量控制提出了解决的办法.

Abstract: The paper takes a financial bank data center construction and network integration project as an example, discusses the problems and solutions related with quality management of the information system project. Firstly it explains the basic concepts of quality management and quality management control is leading to the main reason for the success of project. Then putting forward to the process control,factors control method to form a quality process to guide project quality management. We should determine the quality standards and objectives,quality responsibility system, process quality control,quality management system and quality check procedure for a project and put forward a solution for the quality assurance and quality control.
