摘要： 近年来，随着我国社会经济的不断发展，我国软件技术发展速度也在不断加快，但同时我国软件技术还存在较多的问题，要想有效解决这些问题，必须加强软件质量管理，不断完善软件质量管理体系，促进软件快速交付。文章研究表明，通过软件质量管理，不仅可以促进软件开发，还可以确保软件质量。

Abstract: In recent years, along with the continuous development of social economy in our country, software technology development speed has been accelerated. But because of various factors, there are lots of the existent defects and problems in software technology. To solve these problems effectively, we must strengthen the software quality management, improve the software quality management system, and promote the software fast delivery. A large number of practice results indicate that, by adopting these quality control measures, can promote the software development, to ensure the quality of software.
