摘要： 文章介绍了ISO/FDIS 9001：2015《质量管理体系要求》相对于2008版标准的主要变化，以及新版标准如何在企业中导入与实施，选取了新版标准最显著的2个内容：组织环境和风险管理，并结合中能硅业的实际，阐述了该内容在企业中实施的建议。

Abstract: This paper introduces the major changes of ISO/FDIS 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements comparing with the 2008 edition;and it also introduces the implementation of new standard in enterprises. This paper selects two of the most significant contents:organizational environment and risk management, combining the practical situations of Zhongneng Polysilicon, aiming to put forward suggestions on the implementation of these contents.
