摘要： 科研创新是医院内涵建设的关键点，是学科发展的持续推动力，一所三级综合性医院要提升核心竞争力，必须依靠科技创新。因此，运用科学的管理方法、有效的管理工具来提高科研管理水平，成为医院管理方面一个重要命题。连云港市第一人民医院自2011年以来将PDCA循环应用于科研项目管理过程中，5年周期下来，取得了一定成效，达到了持续改进的目的。文章就PDCA循环在医院科研项目管理中的运用进行了具体研究。

Abstract: Scientific innovation is the key point of hospital connotation construction, which continues to drive the development of the discipline. A level three general hospital need to rely on scientific and technological innovation to enhance the core competitiveness. Therefore, using scientific research management method and scientific and effective management tools becomes an important topic for hospital management. Since 2011, the application of PDCA cycle in scientific research project management process has achieved certain results and gained the goal of continuous improvement. This paper concretely researches on the application of PDCA cycle in management of scientific research project in hospital.
