现代学徒制在中职校数控技术专业中应用的基本策略与实践思考

摘要： 现代学徒制有利于加强校企间的合作，实现专业设置与产业需求无缝对接，提高人才培养质量和针对性，促进学生高质量就业。早在2006年，江苏省溧水中等专业学校就开始试行现代学徒制模式办学，并取得了良好的社会效果。文章结合该校进行学徒制办学的经验谈谈现代学徒制模式在中等职业学校数控技术专业中应用的基本策略。

Abstract: Modern apprenticeship is conducive to enhancing university-enterprise cooperation,realizing the seamless docking specialties and industry demand,improving the quality of personnel training and pertinence,and promoting students employment quality. As early as in 2006, Jiangsu Lishui Secondary Specialized School began to try out the modern apprenticeship model,and had achieved good social effect.Now,the paper will share some strategies of the application of modern apprenticeship in the major of Numerical Control based on some achieved experience.
