行知教育思想观照下中职创业教育的实践

摘要: 中等职业学校开展创业教育是国际竞争、经济和社会发展的需要与选择,当前中职学校在创业教育实践中还存在一系列问题。文章指出,以陶行知先生“教学做合一”的教学论和“三知融合”的课程观为理论引领,构建中职创业教育课程体系,营造良好的创业教育文化氛围;开发中职创业教育校本教材,建构创业知识能力结构;渗透学科课堂教学,培育创业意志品质和能力;搭建中职创业教育实践平台,孵化富有创业精神的“小企业主”。营造积极的创业教育活动文化与传播文化,依靠文化启迪中职生的创业心智,培育中职生的创业能力,开启中职生的创业梦想。

Abstract: Carrying out entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools is a choice and necessity of international competition and the development of economy and society. Nowadays, there is a series of problems in the practice of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools. The paper points out that under the lead of Xin gzhi educational thoughts, the secondary vovational schools should construct the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education and create a friendly educational and cultural atmosphere, develop school-based teaching materials and build up the structur of entrepreneurship knowledge and ability, permeate subject course teaching and cultivate entrepreneurship persistence, quality and ability, set up a practical platform and breed creative small business owners. In this way, we can develop active culture and spread it, inspire students’entrepreneurship intelligence, cultivate their ability and open their dreams.
