摘要： 文章通过分析目前高职实训基地管理模式的现状，提出“现代学徒制”下高职实训基地管理模式是在政府导向、行业督导、企业和职业院校双主体育人的“现代学徒制”下，以“六双”为特征的实训基地管理模式。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the present situation of higher vocational training base management model, the paper points out that “modern apprenticeship”of higher vocational training base management model is the management mode under the government guidance, industry supervision, and enterprises' and vocational colleges' “modern apprenticeship”.
