摘要： 我国房地产行业的发展对房地产高职人才提出越来越高的要求。高职房地产专业传统的校企合作和人才培养模式存在很大弊端，导致毕业生专业技能与市场需求脱节，校企合作深度不足。文章分析了高职房地产专业实施现代学徒制的条件，为高职房地产专业改革、人才培养等各方面提供依据和借鉴。

Abstract: The development of real estate industry in our country requires skillful talents from vocational technology institute. Traditional cooperation between vocational technology institute and enterprises has many disadvantages which lead to unfitness between skills of graduates and the requirements of the labor market. This paper analyses conditions of modern institute-enterprise cooperation in real estate major and provides suggestions for reform of the major and the vocational education.
